This lunch and learn will explore the powerful benefits of Family Centered Treatment (FCT) in a home-based setting and why it is often more effective than traditional outpatient or clinic-based care. Participants will learn how delivering treatment in the home environment creates opportunities for more personalized, holistic support that meets families where they are. By addressing challenges in real-time and within the family’s natural context, FCT fosters deeper connections, stronger engagement, and long-lasting outcomes. This training will cover key strategies for implementing FCT, the need for full system collaboration, and highlight how home-based care allows for more personalized and flexible treatment, making it a highly effective approach for families in need.
